Upon successful completion, participants will receive an American Heart Association BLS Provider Certification, valid for two years
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: To ensure fairness and avilability for all clients, the following applies to all class bookings. * 24-hour Cancellation Notice is Required, cancellatons must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. * No Refund Policy, All payments are non-refundable. Once class is booked, funds are reserved for your seat. * Rescheduling Options (Up to 2 Times) Clients may reschedule their class up to two times, as long as it is made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduled Classes must be completed within a reasonable timeframe, 30 days.* Late Cancellations/ No-Shows, cancellations made less than 24 hours before class or failure to attend will result in a forfeiture of the class with no refund or reschedule option.We understand that emergencies happen, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate when feasible.
